We Believe that a business relationship should be for ever and should go further than just the contract or piece of paper signed, it should rest in the full understanding of the customer's needs and the commitment to deliver what is promised and what the customer is expecting. Our contract is on behalf of the customer's interest, We are committed to excellence with a mandatory focus on customer's satisfaction.

Contract:

Our contract states our commitment and deliverables. These deliverables are measured and determined based on the customer's goals and requests. It specifies the terms, price, completion approximation date, site specification and additional notes. (Site Specification contains all the details for designing purposes including amount of pages, especial features, colors to be implemented, interactive forms, databases/data-driven applications, etc.)

Initial Deposit:

The signed contract and 50% deposit is required in order to start any given project. (No exceptions) The remaining balance will be due upon completion. Once we receive the initial 50% deposit and signed contract, we will provide you with a copy of the executed contract as well as a receipt for the amount received as initial deposit. All projects are scheduled on a "first come, first served" basis. (Usually 48 hours after we receive initial requirements)

Domain registration:

If requested, we will register you desired domain under your name as long as it is available. If you already own a domain, please log into your domain's registrar's administrative panel and update the domain's name servers to our company's name servers; ns1.websitefox.com and ns2.websitefox.com (This step applys if Website Fox will host your website)

Project Starts:

Upon receipt of your deposit and contract, we will email you with a confirmation and provide you with a list of items expected from you in order to complete your project.

In this email you will supply all text and/or product information to be included on your site. In addition you may also supply material such as company logo, personal photos, etc, if desired. (most of this information will already be supplied in the specifications of the written and signed contract) If you have any guide sites you would like us to refer to when designing your site or if you have any preference as to colors, style, etc please offer that information as well.

For E-Commerce websites we integrate up to ten categories/products included with the package pricing, after that there’s a fee per item depending on the amount of items and specifications per item. (Remember that upon project completion we provide you with a full tutorial on how to manage the most basic functions of your shopping cart website, this includes changing and updating text, images creating new pages, adding products etc.)

Website design Concepts

We will provide a layout sample of your project, In most cases, we will be able to provide this first milestone within 1 week of your start date.

After you have reviewed the design then your feedback comes to us in order to make proper changes requested. After proper changes have being made, we allow you to make your second round of revisions in order to give us the information necessary to achieve your final desired look.

During the process

We create a non-public directory for your new website on our testing server so that you may view the website development progress at any time. In addition, we will inform you via email when updates to the site have been made so you can be on top of the progress at all times.

Browser Compatibility Testing

Your website is tested on a variety of operating systems and browsers including Internet Explorer, Fire Fox and Chrome to insure proper display and functionality.

Grammar & Spell Check

Before the website is launched, a grammar and spell check is performed to insure there are no mistakes.

Tutorials

After the process is fully completed and approved from your end. We set up a conference call or a screen share meeting and provide you with a tutorial of the necessary steps for you to be able to make changes and updates to your site. After this tutorial you will be able to change and add text, images, products, etc, as well as create new pages and publish them.

Final Payment

Final payment is always due upon completion and before making the website live directly on your domain. Upon receipt of final payment, you will be emailed with a final paid in full receipt and your website will be transferred or made live (whichever applies)

Adjustments And Changes

Minor adjustments to the website are included at no charge for up to two weeks after the website project has being finalized(maximum of 2 hours labor). Minor changes include adding, changing text, adding or changing images, etc. Any major revision requests out of the scope of the project will require additional discussion and possible fees.

Testing for errors

After the website is live, any interactive programming, code and scripts are tested to verify proper function. Since the design and testing phase often occurs on a different server, it is very important to once again verify that everything is working correctly after transferring the website and making it live.
